This is it, 50 Companies Most Happy 2012

Hilton International hotel management network was named the happiest company in the United States in 2012. Hilton topped the list of 50 companies with the most high employee job satisfaction according to surveys careerbliss.com.
This achievement makes the Hilton last year to shift the position occupied by the internet company Google. Besides Hilton, manager of another hotel, the Hyatt, also on the list that is in position 19. But apparently most of the health industry sector registered members in this list.
This assessment also involves military institutions like the United States Air Force (U.S. Air Force), Department of Defense (United States Department of Defense), Navy (U.S. Navy), Army (U.S. Army), and Marine (U.S. Marine).
The Air Force entered the top 10 even with the position number 6. This assumption during this break that mention military institutions rigid and far from being pleasant.
In the survey, careerbliss take a sample of 100 thousand employees across industry sectors, including pharmaceutical companies, finance, and retail.
Assessment of job satisfaction is based on some benchmark such as working relationships with superiors, work environment, compensation, career opportunities and the assessment of duties and controls work every day.
Opinions shall be incorporated in the score scale of 1 to 5. Of the 10 thousand companies that were assessed, careerbliss mengerucutkannya up to 50 names with the highest scores from different industrial sectors.
